The breakthrough yearIn 2020, the year she turned 24, she debuted with the single “The Detective.” She says she started in a university hip-hop club, applied to Show Me the Money 7, was eliminated in the first round and then built up her skills. On Show Me the Money 9 she released the group song “VVS” with Munchman, Khundi Panda and Mushvenom, and the track was still No. 1 on the Melon chart 28 days after release. In the semifinal one-on-one she lost to Lil Boi and was eliminated, but she became the first woman in the series to reach the semifinal.
In 2021, “VVS” won Hip-hop Track of the Year at the Korean Hip-hop Awards. She joined GroovyRoom’s label At Area and released the single “Daisy.” Her single “Lambo!” reached No. 6 on the U.S. iTunes hip-hop chart. She released her first EP, Uptown Girl. She appeared on The King of Mask Singer as “Game of Go” and lost in the first round.
In 2022, she released the single “Gasoline.” She appeared on SBS Running Man.
In January 2023, she appeared on The King of Mask Singer as a panelist. She released “Asphalt,” featuring pH-1, and then her first full-length album, The Drift, three years after debut. She was named in the lineup of the One Universe Festival near Seoul Forest and released the single “Kiss Me Now.”
In 2024, she released the single “Hit Me Up,” featuring Mingi of Ateez. She released the EP Me Time, writing the lyrics and music for all five tracks. She was named in the lineup of Off The Record, a Halloween hip-hop festival in Incheon.
In 2025, the year she turned 29, she appeared on the music web variety show Another Day of Debut Training with the YouTuber Friendshiping, the dancer Amy Park and Hyunjin, formerly of Loona. The four of them formed the project group TDYA and released the debut song “Keep the Light,” composed by EJAE, who wrote “Golden” for KPop Demon Hunters, with lyrics by Mirani.
In May 2026, she was named as a special guest performer at the Hwaseong youth festival Cheonggye Mangae.
