The breakthrough yearIn January 2019, the year he turned 20, he was revealed as the first member of Tomorrow X Together. The group debuted in March and won a music show one week later. In October it released its first studio album, and in December it won best new artist at the MAMA.
In 2020, the group released its third mini album, Minisode 1: Blue Hour. In 2021, its second studio album, The Chaos Chapter: Freeze, reached No. 5 on the Billboard 200.
In 2022, its fourth mini album became its first million-seller, and it became the first K-pop group to perform at Lollapalooza. In February 2023, the group reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
In September 2024, he began his first solo activity with the mixtape GGUM, and in October he won a music show.
In 2025, he re-signed with Big Hit Music. In November he released his first solo album, No Labels: Part 01, six years and eight months after debut, and it sold 601,105 copies in the first week.
In April 2026, the group’s first album since re-signing reached No. 3 on the Billboard 200, and in July his second solo album, No Labels: Part 02, reached No. 16. His appearance at the Z100 Summer Bash, a first for a Korean singer, was announced, and on his birthday in September he donated 100 million won.
Yeonjun (born Sep 13, 1999) became known on Jan 11, 2019, the year he turned 20, when he was revealed as the first member of Tomorrow X Together, and debuted with the same group on Mar 4, 2019. His first solo activity was the mixtape GGUM on Sep 19, 2024, the year he turned 25.
