The year she turned 16, in October of her first year of high school, she joined the dance crew Just Jerk as a member of its first open recruitment. In 2016, she won first place in the duet category at FEEDBACK2SHOW and won Body Rock with Just Jerk. In 2018, she performed at the Pyeongchang Olympics opening ceremony. The year she turned 21, she joined NWX, the outside-dancer recruitment team of YGX, and choreographed TWICE’s “Fancy,” released in April.

The breakthrough yearThe year she turned 23, she became known as the YGX leader on Mnet’s Street Woman Fighter. The show first aired on Aug. 24, and on Oct. 19 YGX was eliminated in the semifinal. In November she appeared as a master on Street Dance Girls Fighter, and in December she won Best Choreographer of the Year at the 2021 MAMA.

In 2022, she performed “Fancy” with Kiel Tutin on JTBC’s Fly to the Dance. In 2023, she choreographed NCT Taeyong’s first mini album, Shalala. In February 2024, she choreographed Taeyong’s “TAP,” as she had his previous release.

In April 2025, she signed an exclusive contract with The Black Label. In May she appeared on World of Street Woman Fighter as a member of Bumsup, and on June 30 she said she had worked on the choreography motions for Netflix’s KPop Demon Hunters. In August she appeared on MBC’s I Live Alone.

In January 2026, she won K-pop Choreography Discovery of the Year at the 2025 Choreo Awards for “Soda Pop,” and in May she was named to Forbes Asia’s 30 Under 30. In June she took part in the UNICEF Excellence campaign, and in September she appeared as a dancer on Mnet’s Street World Fighter: Directors’ War.

Leejung Lee joined the dance crew Just Jerk in 2014, the year she turned 16, and became known on Aug 24, 2021, the year she turned 23, appearing as the YGX leader on Mnet’s Street Woman Fighter. On Apr 11, 2025, the year she turned 27, she signed with The Black Label.
