The year he turned 17, he began on YouTube as the character Quaddurup, presented as a Korean American from San Francisco. In April 2017, Sports Seoul introduced Jang Ji-su as a video creator in his final year at an international school. In 2018, he started the “interview” content, in which YouTubers and entertainers apply to work at Quaddurup’s company. In 2019, he spent time with fans at DIA Festival in Busan.
The breakthrough yearThe year he turned 21, he took part as a trainee in the YouTube web show Fake Men season 1. Money Today wrote that he gained popularity with the public through the appearance. That November, he appeared in the alter-ego contest as the rapper QDR.
In 2021, he hosted Tell Me Something with Shindong, and in September he said he would stop appearing as the character and work under his real name, Jang Ji-su. In October, the web show Gongbeom, which he helped plan, was released, and in December he posted a return video on his real-name channel. In 2022, he featured on DAVII’s “Geunomui Don,” took part in TVING’s Treasure Hunt and, in December, hosted Gongbeom 2. In 2023, he became an ambassador for the esports company SBXG.
In January 2024, he appeared on MBC’s King of Mask Singer, and in August Netflix’s The Influencer, in which he took part, was released. In August 2026, the year he turned 27, he appeared on the YouTube channel Egennam Swings.
Quaddurup (real name Jang Ji-su, born Dec 8, 1999) began on YouTube in Nov 2016, the year he turned 17, and became known in 2020, the year he turned 21, by appearing in the web show Fake Men season 1. In 2021, the year he turned 22, he ended the character and announced a return to his real name.
